What It Sacrifices
Speed
We refuse rapid prototyping without device testing. This adds 2 weeks to initial concepts but prevents UI drift on launch day.
Scale
We do not support "viral" mechanics. Our games cap social features to prevent toxicity loops.
The Zero-Click Protocol
Before a single menu is drawn, our games are playable. We build a "core loop" stripped of UI chrome—touch gestures only. If it isn't fun with zero clicks, it doesn't get built.

If it doesn't fit on one hand-drawn page, the scope is too big.
Failure Modes
Adding a pop-up tutorial to "teach" the mechanic instead of designing the level to teach it. Avoided by: Removing text overlays entirely in prototypes.
Adding a "pause menu" before the core loop is proven. Avoided by: Hard limit of 3 gestures per session.
Constant sound loops that force players to mute. Avoided by: Adaptive audio that reacts to player skill/pace.

- "No loot boxes." Premium content only. If it can't be earned by skill, we don't sell it.
