Upon registration, Brandixo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform. This license is strictly revocable upon breach of these terms. You are permitted to create, modify, and deploy gaming applications using our toolset, provided that such applications do not violate third-party intellectual property rights or App Store guidelines.

Uploading malware, trojans, or code designed to harm user devices is a zero-tolerance violation.
Unlimited is a marketing term. Reasonable use applies. Excessive consumption affecting other users will be throttled.

As an Italian entity, we comply with GDPR regulations regarding the right to access, rectification, and erasure. You may request a full export of your data at any time via the dashboard.
You retain full ownership of the gaming applications you build using Brandixo. We claim no rights over your creative output.
However, you grant Brandixo a license to host and display your application for the purpose of distribution and demonstration within the platform, unless you explicitly opt-out via the visibility settings.
Brandixo reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. In the event of termination, you will be notified via email with a 30-day window to retrieve your assets.
Appeals can be filed directly to our moderation team. We strive to resolve disputes within 5 business days.
Like any cloud-based development environment, Brandixo may experience downtime due to infrastructure issues or maintenance.
Mitigation: We maintain off-site backups and publish real-time status at status.brandixo.space.Using Brandixo does not guarantee acceptance into the Apple App Store or Google Play. Store policies are external to our control.
